Description: This is an incredibly beautiful deck of cards that's only marking is "MADE IN THE USSR". The pictures don't do it justice, because of the way the light catches the coating on the cards.
The tuck box is in poor shape, and has been taped together more than once. And the real beauty, in my opinion, is the back of the cards. That's what should have been n the tuck box.
The number cards feature pips enclosed in a fancy border, and also include the numbers in the corners. This makes the two card really unique looking. The face cards are all hand drawn images, each one unique. I wonder if they represent former Russian Czars, but I can't be sure. And, there's a weird blank card included, too. There are Jokers, so it's not meant as that. I don't know why they include it.
